Allan
Erselius:
An FRM board member since the inception of
Family Resource Ministries, Mr. Erselius is a resident of Santa Clarita, and currently serves as the Vice President of Operations for
Great Western Hotels. He brings an extensive background in
marketing analysis and finance to FRM. In addition to his
expertise in marketing and finance, Mr. Erselius has served
as a professor at Master's College and as a long-term substitute
teacher at FRM's Heights Christian Junior High school.

Gary
Fisher:
Mr. Fisher has served on our board since
2001. He's been a Christian since junior high school and has
served as a church elder, church committee chairman and has
taught Sunday School classes. Mr. Fisher lives in East Whittier
and has been employed in the aerospace industry since 1973.
A manager in Space Shuttle engineering for Boeing, Mr. Fisher
brings management expertise, organizational and decision-making
skills as well as his Christian worldview to enhance Family
Resource Ministries.

Gordon
McKinney:
Mr. Mckinney is a Certified Public Accountant
with degrees in Accounting, Mathematics and Taxation. He is
a partner in the firm of McKinney and McPeak, CPAs in La Habra.
Mr. McKinney's stated goal is "...to see our schools
offer quality education that prepares our students academically
and spiritually to face the challenges of tomorrow. To do
that we need to provide quality facilities, administration
and teachers." Mr. Mc Kinney has served on the Family
Resource Ministries, Inc. Board of Directors since 1990, helping
us achieve that goal. His Christian worldview and his expertise
in finances and management have served FRM well.

Adam Morris :
Dr. Morris has devoted his career to working in Christian college advancement and has received widespread recignition for his involvement in the non-profit sector. Currently serving as the Vice President for Advancement at Biola University, Dr. Morris joined the FRM Board of Directors in 2006. Dr. Morris graduated from BIola University in 1990 with a B.S. in Business Administration. He received his M.A. ('97) in Theology and his Ph.D. ('02) in Christian Education from Talbot School of Theology. Dr. Morris' expertise in the areas of business, biblical stewardship, fundraising and volunteerism are tremendous assets to the ministry of FRM.

David
Mitchell:
Mr. Mitchell has been a member of the Board
of Directors of FRM since 1981. He attended Azusa Pacific
University and is currently General Manager of Mitchell Non-Destructive
Testing Laboratories, Inc. Mr. Mitchell is regarded as one
of the top metallurgists in the country. In addition to overseeing
the highly technical aspect of the business, he has responsibility
for the sales, accounting and quality control departments.
He has also taught metallurgy at the Don Bosco Technical Institute
and travels worldwide teaching technical and quality control
issues in his field. His expertise in management, accounting
and marketing has been of great value to FRM.

Betty
Kimes - Chief Executive Administrator:
Betty Kimes is one of the founders of Family
Resource Ministries, Inc. and has served as the CEO
since the beginning. She attended Cal State University Long
Beach where she graduated as the "Outstanding Senior
Student" with her degree in communications. Her post-graduate
work in Education culminated in a Lifetime Multisubject K-12
California Credential. Mrs. Kimes has experience as a teacher,
principal, seminar leader, and Bible study teacher to name
a few. She has also completed courses through the University
of Indiana Fundraising School and is a member of Christian
Stewardship Association. Mrs. Kimes is an active member of
her church where she is involved in mission trips, Bible studies
and adult education. Mrs. Kimes has two grown daughters. |

Glenn
Carvin - Senior Vice President:
Glenn Carvin has been Vice President of
Operations since 1999, however he served on the Board of Directors
for ten years before taking the V.P. position. Mr. Carvin
oversees the day-to-day operations of FRM, as well as human
resources and facilities management. He has been involved
in private sector business management, including retail sales,
customer relations, recruiting, training and human resources
since 1972. Mr. Carvin has served in various lay capacities
at Granada Heights Friends Church since 1983 and has been an officer and board member of Faith Home, a Los Angeles-based
shelter for single women with children.

Kelly Beckert - Superintendent of Schools:
Kelly Beckert first joined the ministry of FRM in 2001, having served in Christian education since 1986. With more than 25 years of experience, Mrs. Beckert's resume includes classroom teacher, mentor teacher, staff development coordinator, accreditation coordinator, Vice Principal, and Director of Curriculum and Instruction. In 2008, Mrs. Beckert assumed the role of Superintendent of Schools, providing administrative oversight to the Junior High and elementary school campuses. Mrs. Beckert also completed courses through the University of Indiana's School of Fundraising, is a member of the Christian Stewardship Association, and plays a key role in the organization and oversight of fundraising efforts for the ministry.

Susan
Plubell - Preschool Superintendent:
Susan Plubell has been with FRM since 1985
and has served in several other positions prior to Preschool
Superintendent, including teaching preschool through second
grade, Elementary Vice Principal and Elementary Principal.
She has been in her current position since 1998. Mrs. Plubell's
educational background is in art and early childhood education.
She has been involved in ministry at Granada Heights Friends
Church for many years and currently serves alongside her husband
in an adult Sunday School leadership role. Mrs. Plubell is
a popular seminar presenter for ACSI and thoroughly enjoys
educating students and teachers, as well as planning, developing
and organizing new programs.
